Anderson House, 1942. First Edition. Signed by Author on title page. Hard Cover. Cover has very slight shelfwear, spine ends softened. Dust jacket has mild shelfwear, small chips at top of spine and rear panel. Sunned around edges and spine. Pages are clean, bright and unmarked. Binding is tight. Hinges are perfect. Very nice copy.
