8vo 8" - 9" tall; 224 pages; [SIGNED with TLS] 1928 The Abingdon Press. HC 1st edition. Snugly bound and fresh in original thatch patterned cloth with titles brightly in gilt to cover and spine. Inscribed and signed by Metcalf on the front flyleaf. A typed letter signed by Metcalf and dated Nov 19, 1928 is tipped in between the half-title and title pages. Addressed to Dr William Wolf, a composer and proprietor of a Music Academy in Lancaster PA. Lightly shelf bumped bottom front corner. All else fresh. VG++; Signed by Author. Seller Inventory # 48011
