Quarto (11 x 8 1/2 inches; 280 x 215 mm), [30] leaves in stapled wrappers, printed on rectos only (soft cover). SIGNED by James Schuyler and Fairfield Porter on the limitation page of this collection, which features poems by Schuyler and illustrations by Porter (including the cover). This is letter "P" of only 26 lettered copies, signed by both men, from a total edition of 300. This volume is a terrific collaboration between two key members of the New York School literary and art scene, who lived together from 1961 to 1973. In 1980, Schuyler won the Pulitzer Prize for Poetry for "The Morning of the Poem." SCARCE signed by author and illustrator. CONDITION: A fresh copy with light soiling and a few indents to wrappers and rusting of staples. A beautiful, Near Fine copy. Seller Inventory # 1124
