Collection of 17 items from the library of American author Susan Dodd, including several literary journals and volumes inscribed by Dodd, as well as association copies inscribed to Dodd by others, many with typed or handwritten letters laid in. Publication dates span throughout Dodd's 20-year writing and teaching career, showing her own progression as an author, as well as literary relationships, with other writers and students, through deeply personal inscriptions and letters. She has since retired to Ocracoke, NC and makes anti-war art out of antique baby dolls. Of her art, Dodd stated: "I like things that are unraveling and rotting." (Ocracoke Observer, 2018).
