Green cloth covers with gold lettering on spine which is faded and stained. Covers exhibit heavy wear, fraying and bumping to corners and spine ends. Moderate wear and soiling to edges. Heavy shelf wear and soiling to covers and spine. Very nice gift inscription to previous owner by the author on the ffep. Light soiling and yellowing to page ends. Inside hinges are loose in places but still firmly attached. Text is slightly yellowed due to age. Otherwise clean and unmarked. Illustrated with many b&w photos. There is a forward by Sir Compton MacKenzie. Details the authors life on stage and in films. All of our books are individually inspected and described.
