Elephant Folio - over 15 - 23" tall. Portfolio, 19" x 13". Tri-folding portfolio, containing 10, color plates, loose as issued. Color title page, SIGNED by Arnoux. Tri-colored ribbons. Front board detached. Lower folding flap lacking. All 10 plates present and in near fine condition, except 3 plates age toned, primarily on the reverse (non-image) side of the plate. The three plates toned are: Le trompette du Roy, Le Tambour des Mousquetaire, and Le Tambour des Gardes. Numbered 21 out of a 475 limited edition. Housed in a new three panel folder, 13 1/2 x 19 1/2, of red cloth and paper, with ribbon tie. Overall very good, with 7 near fine plates, 3 very good plates, housed in a good portfolio.
