Signed, inscribed and dated (6/28/95) by both authors with blue pen on the half title page. Also includes 7 inch by 5 inch postcard sized card with author Jeri Sedlar letterhead and containing a note, and again including her signature, written in black pen to the recipient(see photographs). The postcard note was attached to the volume with a metal paper clip, which has since been removed; point is, the upper page margins contain a paper clip indent up until the first few pages of the Introduction.
