Stated first printing hardcover. Flat signed by McBain to the title page. Appears to be ex-library, with faint nearly invisible stamp to fep near crown, and tape ghosts to 2nd ffep, also marks of removal to rear endpage. Spine ends/points are bumped, covers have small scrapes. Ffep may have been torn off and repaired. Pages have occasional stains and creases.
