The original slipcase has reinforcement taping to the outsides of the top, bottom, and spine of the case (see photos). With the notice: "Two Hundred and Five copies of This First Edition, of Which Two Hundred are for Sale, Are Autographed by the Author and Numbered." This is copy number 11. In the first state, the photograph on page 565 mistakenly refers to Ray (Pinochle) Miller and Arch Miller as the two men to the right. Adams One-Fifty 145.
