Inscribed by John Charles Fields to Lyman Duff who studied Mathematics at the University of Toronto before becoming the longest serving justice of the Canadian Supreme Court. All orders ship within 2 business days of processing. Shipping costs are based on books weighing 2.2 LBs, or 1 KG. If your order is heavy or oversized, I may contact you to let you know that extra shipping will be required, particularly if you request priority shipping. I ship through the U.S. Post Office. For domestic orders, I typically purchase insurance for books valued $100 and over.

For most international orders, I use USPS priority international or first class international mail. In order to qualify for the advertised rates, a book must be lighter than one kilogram. Shipping time for international orders is usually 6-10 days, not including custom delays.

All books are shipped in cardboard boxes with several layers of bubble wrap inside. Customers ordering priority or priority international are welcome to contact me prior to ordering the book in order to inquire about the added costs of shipping.
