Think Yourself Safe: How To Use Your Mind To Reduce The Risk Of Crime (FINE COPY OF SCARCE FIRST EDITION, FIRST PRINTING SIGNED BY THE AUTHOR, TIM REYNOLDS)

Have you ever wondered why one house gets burgled and the one next door does not? Why some people get attacked, while others never will? Or even why some people live in fear of crime and others have a seemingly carefree attitude and never become a victim of crime? Crime of any description happens for a reason. With a unique firsthand insight from both sides of the law, this book reveals the real reasons why crime happens and what you are able to do to reduce the probabilities of crime happening to you or your loved ones to a minimum. Your first line of defence must be your mind and not your wallet; you will learn how to "think yourself safe" by using your mind with easy-to-follow directions and exercises. The information contained in this handbook has the potential to be literally lifesaving.

TIM REYNOLDS's teenage years were on the wrong side of the law and are not something that he is at all proud of. It has, however, given him a unique insight into why criminals do what they do and what motivates them in that direction. His adult life has been in complete contrast. Working in the security industry, starting as a plainclothes store detective in supermarkets, then working his way up the industrial ladder, he has since worked alongside Special Branch, police armed response units, Customs and Excise, British Transport Police, and many other organisations. He has CTC (counter terrorist checked) security clearance by the home office in London. To be able to share a lifetime of perception of crime, at all levels, has driven Tim to write this handbook so that you may take advantage of this inside knowledge, from both sides of the law.
