Three titles as photographed. All three volumes are warmly inscribed by the author to the novelist William Humphrey and are thus quite uncommon. Not Me, Sir is from Cape, London in 1942 and is the second printing. Bound in soiled yellow cloth and with some spine lean. The Needle's Eye is also from Cape, London in 1948 and is the first printing. It's also bound in yellow cloth and has some spine lean but is at least clean and has the dust jacket which is mostly complete. Swanson is the American edition from 1951. It is bound in grey cloth and comes with the jacket.
