Octavo. 250pp. Near fine with some bumping at the spine ends and ink owner name in about very good dust jacket with sunning to the spine, internal tape reinforcement, and moderate edgewear, including tears, creases and small chips. Signed by Kitt. While known for her singing and performing, Kitt had a long history of activism from helping underprivileged Black youth during the 1950s and 1960s to her protests again the Vietnam War, and longtime support for LGBT rights.
