One of 450 copies, 50 of which were signed and numbered (this copy is unnumbered). 6.5 x 11 inches. 43pp., signatures smythe-sewn into a plain heavy paper wrapper, wrapped with a pale green heavy paper dust jacket printed in red, gold, and black. Letterpress printed in Caslon Old Style No. 337, with titling handset in Spartan Medium. Slight fading to the spine, else Near Fine. Seller Inventory # 620511
