Additionally this is an association copy, INSCRIBED by Wolff to fellow author Chris Offutt on the title page: "For Chris and Rita / With great pleasure in this good time / Toby / Iowa City / 13 Oct 2000." Notably, the inscription was made in Iowa City at the famed Iowa Writers' Workshop, from which Offutt graduated and rose to fame.
