Single sheet folded once into 4pp., square 8vo. Exhibition catalogue printing information, notes, and examples of work. Moderate wear, with a few creases around the spine fold, which is slightly marked internally. Loosely inserted are a clipping from a review of the show and a (creased) invitation to its opening, to which Phillips has added an autograph letter signed ('Tom') to Andrew Crozier.
