A tricky title to find in good condition mainly due to the silver foil dustwrapper being easily damaged.

A Near Fine example of the unclipped wrapper with the price of £7.95 to front flap.
Some minor surface wear (as usual) and slight laminate peeling to foot.
Small stain to verso at foot.

Signed and dedicated by the author to title page.
A Fine book without markings, save for a discreet previous price in pencil to FFEP.
Slight pushing to spine tips. Slight mark to bottom page edge.
Small stain to verso, near foot.

With the rare uncorrected proof, also signed by the author to title page.
Slight creasing to covers, with a little marking to page edges, else an almost Fine example.

We have never seen another example of the author?s first book in proof format.
