This complete study of a town in Minnesota, its history, challenges, and successes, comes in a dust jacket that has lots of small tears on the bottom and top edges and a few larger ones that have been repaired. The front cover is also faded and lightly soiled as is the back cover and there is a small piece missing on the back cover's left edge. The interior book has no visible extraneous markings throughout it other than the author's signature, a bit of writing on the second and fourth page of photos as they were of a former owner's family, and thus all printing and photographs are in very well-preserved and enjoyable condition. The bindings are also preserved and thus remain sound and tight.
