Toronto: Collector Grade Publications, 1983. First edition. Hardcover book size is 8 ½” x 11”. Condition of this hardcover book is very good with the dustjacket in about very good condition. Slight tanning to the pages of the book, minor waving along the right-side page ends. The dustjacket has some edge wear, some wear to the spine ends, a few small scraps to the back cover with loss of upper printed paper layer.
