First Edition Limited/Numbered. Signed by Author Slip-Case - Hard Cover. This is a Fine First edition of another Dirk Pitt novel from the prolific Clive Cussler. It is a limited, signed edition issued by Cahill Publishing in July of 2001 one month before the publication of the first trade edition in August of 2001. There were 552 copies for sale of which this is #369. The volume is signed by Mr. Cussler on the Limitation Page. The boards are marbled in blue and the book resides in a decorative slipcase. The book is just beautiful and makes a great presentation. This is a brand new book and it has never been read. In the middle of its maiden voyage, a luxury cruise ship suddenly catches fire and sinks. What caused it? Why didn't the alarms go off? What was its connection to the revolutionary engines that powered the ship? Enter Dirk Pitt, who races to rescue the passengers and investigate the disaster, but he has no idea of the bizarre chain of events that are about to engulf him. This story is a Great tale of adventure and as a limited and numbered edition a rarity. A Fine addition to any collector's library. We are pleased to send pictures on request.…
