Synopsis
This book, now in its second printing, uses intuition, insight, and creativity to offer a truly unique way of understanding Reflective Self Mentoring, for the purpose of self-development and the reduction of discrimination in society. Reflective Self Mentoring examines our feelings and why we have them; it also shows that we all have answers within each of us, and the articulation of these answers can transform irrational and undesirable attitudes and behavior. Here is your chance to really understand yourself and how you relate to others.
