(1959). First edition. Dated in the year of publication and SIGNED by author to the half-title. Very good: a bit shaken, spine creased, black residue to extremities of the blue cloth covers; in a dust jacket with black residue and abrasions to the edges, and a light crease to the upper corner of front flap. 573 pages, bibliography.
