One of 100 (this 22) numbered copies hand-set and printed by R. T. Risk, and signed by him. Signed presentation from the author "With thanks and best wishes, this modest effort on an impossible subject. Terry. May 1981." Terry = R T Risk. Spare label tipped-in at rear. Sound slightly used near vg with some slight foxing / tanning to covers, very slight bowing to covers very slight mustiness.
