The book is in near fine condition with crisp, clean mustard boards , and black titles to the front and spine. The boards have sharp corners with but a few slightly softened, and no edgewear. The binding is tight and square. The end papers are clean with no inscriptions, no owner names and no bookplates. BOLDLY SIGNED, INSCRIBED AND DATED by Ray Bradbury in red felt tip to the owner of Phantom bookstore, a location he frequented for book signings.Â"For John Anthony Miller / SOMETHING WICKED! / For someone good! / Ray Bradbury / 8/10/91".ÂThe internal pages are bright, flat and clean inside with No marks, No inscriptions, No stains, No writing, No bent pages and No foxing. Clean, crisp book appearing as unread. Red top stain applied by publisher, and rough cut outer page edges as issued. Please see images. The original first edition dust jacket has benefited from some slight restoration to the outer spine tips by an expert paper conservator and presents as a fine/near fine example.
