This causes the mastermind of the operation to launch a personal vendetta against the Blazes. An action-packed pursuit sends Rick from Austin to Chicago, Port Aransas and New York and even into the arms of the Mafia, as a twenty year old murder pops up to haunt him as well.

Using whatever resources he can find, including a 1952 Chris-Craft yacht and his son's Cessna, Rick's cunning, resourcefulness and unorthodox antics keep the villains guessing as they wonder aloud "Who is this guy?"
