Frontispiece by Vojtech Preissig. Large folio, publisher's white lettered boards in plain wrapper and slipcase. First edition; No. 113 of 390 copies signed bu Vojtech Preissig. A fine copy. The backstrip of the wrapper is split and chipped, and the slipcase is tanned. A review copy with the Random House purple stamp in the lower right corner of the half-title page. The New Book Series No. 2.
