Volume 1 only. Hardcover in Very Good condition in a good-plus dust jacket, 8vo, pages: 156. Tan cloth with spine titles in gold, numerous maps, illustrations, etc.; text followed by a 2-page map. Signed by author on front paste-down (only one other signature found for comparison). Light wear, prior owner name on front free end-paper, front panel of dust jacket with slight wrinkle near the top edge due to minor damp stain, dust jacket chipped with a few closed tears, dj not price clipped.
