First Edition: with requisite Scribner 'A' present on the copyright page. 5.5 x 8in. 111pp. Publisher's cloth boards. Signed and inscribed by the author on the front free endpaper: 'Rev. Albert J. Nevins M.M. with a blessing. F. Cardinal Spellman.' Fr. Nevins was a fellow theologian and author of over 40 books. NEAR FINE in Very Good dust jacket protected in a removable archival cover. The book itself shows a small spot of discoloration at the bottom text-block edge, else Fine/As New. The dust jacket shows marginal shelf rubbing along the extremities, a chip from the spine, otherwise is not price-clipped remaining bright, colorful, and distinct. As pictured.
