Inscribed on the title page, to nobody in particular: "With Best Wishes, [signed] Bob Ellis" First edition, 1969, reprinted in 1998 as a fundraiser for the Bob Ellis Scholarship Foundation. Title continues: "as elicited, edited and transcribed by Peg Ellis." (Cover with subtitle: "Pioneer Flying the Alaska Coast". Stories, news articles, anecdotes and photos covering the history of Bob Ellis, his aircraft and airline in Southeast Alaska that merged with competitor Alaska Coastal in the early 1960's to form an extensive network that became a significant Alaska Airlines operation following a 1968 merger.
