In the publisher's dust jacket, $19.95 retail price on the front flap, light shelf wear, a near fine example. Signed and dated by the author on the title page: "Raymond Carver / May 1987." Includes a limited edition photograph of Raymond Carver, taken by his brother, James Carver. The photo is one of 50 signed by the photographer, this one numbered 45. Raymond Carver (1938-1988) was an influential American writer and poet, renowned for his minimalist style and relatable depiction of working-class life. He published several acclaimed short-story collections, including "What We Talk About When We Talk About Love," "Cathedral," and "Where I'm Calling From."
