Beautiful, clean first edition hardcover cookbook, SIGNED by the author, in clean unclipped dust jacket. Clean black cloth boards with metallic lettering on spine. No bumping or fading; very light wear to corners; binding is tight and square, hinges are sound. Inscribedand signed on front free endpaper with a small drawing by Jonathan Cartwright: "To Mr. and Mrs. Willard, Best Wishes from all of us at The Inn. Happy Cooking! - Jonathan Cartwright - April 22, 2005." Full color photographs throughout by Philippe Schaff. 264 pages with Index. Clean bright dust jacket is unchipped, no tears, not price clipped. Enclosed in new archival quality removable mylar cover. Book size approx. 9-3/4" x 11".
