Tight copy - some pencil marks on the front board but otherwise in very good condition. Covers show some mild soiling also. Copy is signed by author to prior owner with note about future work: "To Mrs. Gardna Cox, with the authors respectful admiration and affection RVC Bodley, Newburyport, 1959 - this book is but a prelude to the important Sahara work which I am writing at present".
