First US edition. Paperback. 20 × 13.5cm, xx + 208pp [1]. This copy was owned and signed by Swami Ritajananda, a Vedic ascetic and teacher, and friend of Isherwood in California in the 1960s. Provenance: Trevanion and Dean (Whitchurch) from a collection of books from Swami Vidyatmananda's Paris library. In this collection of articles, Isherwood writes about his teachers, his conversion to Vedanta, and various literary concerns. Condition: A good plus copy. There is light wear to the covers and a crease to the rear but the contents are in very good condition. Seller Inventory # 012999
