This book / portfolio is a portrait of Shirley Jorjorian, an artist and former songwriter who had been living with Dementia for more than 10 years when photographer Jim Reed began visiting her. Includes tipped in photographs plus scans of papers and other items found in her apartment as well as altered pages from a standard test given to assess the various stages of Dementia. This is #4 out of an edition of only 25 copies, numbered and signed by the photographer. This first edition was printed in a very limited size of 25 editions, with each copy hand numbered and signed. Also included is a 35mm slide unique to each volume.
