Full numberline to “1”. Original first state jacket, with $10.95 price present to front flap. First Edition and first impression, signed by author on half title page in green marker. Book NF approaching fine. There is a smudge on the top board edge but other than that, it’s internally clean, the corners are sharp and the binding is straight and solid. Jacket shows some rubbing to the shiny panels as per usual. There is very little, if any fading on this example and that is certainly uncommon. Not Price Clipped. There are no creases or tears. Quite nice. A wonderful example, a collectors copy really, of an iconic book which was turned into a film starring Robin Williams. This is Irving s 4th novel and perhaps the one for which he is best known.
