Signed, inscribed, and dated (2/8/96) by the author, Devra Newberger Speregen, with blue pen on the full title page. The lower right corner of the same page contains a neatly scripted gift inscription. Also includes a tipped-into-the-volume handwritten note by the same gifter of the book, dated 2/9/96, re: "I had the pleasure of meeting the author of this book at a luncheon this afternoon." (Yoni Netanyahu was Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's older brother).
