The name Jn Dovaston at head of title showing how much he paid for the book in 1763 - 5 shillings. Bound with two further law books: The solicitor's practice in the High Court of Chancery epitomized, from the commencement of the suit to the decree. In the Savoy: printed by Henry Lintot, for J. Worrall, 1757. 1st ed. 31p. Signed on the title page verso by J. Worrall. And, The solicitor's guide, and tradesman's instructor, concerning bankrupts. By the author of The solicitor's practice in the High Court of Chancery epitomized. And revised by a Commissioner of Bankrupts. London: printed by H. Woodfall and W. Strahan for J. Worrall, 1762. 2nd ed. 56p with inter-leafed blanks for notes, some of which do bear notes. The table (contents list) which has a small closed tear is the final leaf of the book but has been bound after the title page and bears the signature of J. Worrall. Three titles in all, bound in contemporary calf, the leather torn, but the binding is firm with the contents clean and unmarked.
