Item description from seller

A very fine copy indeed of this scarce book, the gilt titles and Clarkes name in Gilt on the spine a tad faded otherwise we cannot find fault with it, vellum spine on grey card boards, fabulous green and black end papers decorated by Clarke, 20 full page illustrations 12 in color, many fantastic B&W vignets, gilt top page edges rough cut pages many of the illustrations were considered erotic and this was banned here in Ireland for many years .Another copy from my late partner Vanessa`s own fine collection.
