Condition: Very Good. 1st Edition. 1st edition, 259pp., photo-illustrated, 66 photo-illustrations, color frontispiece and 3 color prints by Mrs. A.E. Berry, introduction by Sir Francis Younghusband, bound in red cloth, lettering gilt, previous owner's inscription, a very nice copy, with a large folded map at the end showing the route followed by the Author. The author traveled 250 miles across the Himalayas and across on one of the five worst passes in the whole range and down to one of the world's deepest gorges and back. She mentions the legend of Jesus having been in Leh, Ladak. Seller Inventory # 207
