This is the handbook of the first positive 12 Step group in the world, and the first positive 12 Step group in history.

These groups are not designed for addiction treatment (unless you consider persistent negativity an addiction), but rather for growing and deepening "neuropositivity being." This is more than simple "positive thinking" or positive emotions, but it includes them.

UpSpiraLife groups create and sustain a culture and fellowship of positivity that has come to be called "The UpSpiraLife Sanctuary." Group meetings provide the opportunity for sharing insights and effective strategies for living the well-lived life and for growing into an UpSpiral, characterized by positive self-discovery and personal renewal. This 12 Step process is a way of life focused on growing an increasing UpSpiral of "feeling good," sustained sense of well-being and easier and more sustained positivity and happiness.
