very good- hardcover in good+ dust jacket in Mylar / DJ has creasing, small closed tears and chips along edges and folds - small dot stains / both DJ and book have moisture staining on lower spine and each side of lower spine / although book is a 1935 printing, author has signed and inscribed it much later in 1983 / internals appear clean and unmarked.
