36pp, 15 b&w and 8 tipped-in color illustrations. With a chronology, exhibition history and bibliography. Designed by Gunnar Kaldewey. This beautiful little hardbound book published in conjunction with a 1991 John Post Lee Gallery exhibition by Alexis Rockman features the artist's work mingled with elegant reproductions of some source material for his disarming imagery. A most handsome example of the first edition limited to three hundred copies each SIGNED AND NUMBERED by the artist in black ink at the rear colophon, as issued. Seller Inventory # 007395
