oblong 8vo. stiff paper wrappers. 20, (2) pages. Reprint edition of 100 numbered copies signed by R. James Recene, Jr. A fine copy. Contains numerous foldout plates and printed in black and blue. A very scarce pamphlet The first edition was not listed in any of the checklists of Typophiles material (Ransom, Chiswick Book Shop catalogue) but probably a separate appearance of Goudy's contribution to DIGGINGS FROM MANY AMPERSANDHOGS (1936), the fourth publication of the Typophiles which was limited to 125 copies. Ampersands engraved and cast in type by Goudy from drawings by the author. Seller Inventory # 140162
