German-born pianist, prolific piano composer, tutor for many distinguished pianists, author of a number of music studies. AMuQS, 1p, 5 3/4" X 2½", Chicago, IL, 1894. Good plus. Unevenly age toned; mounting traces on verso. Several intricately penned bars of unidentified music, inscribed beneath "Sincerely Yrs" and signed in brown ink.
