Addressed to Charles Downing Lay (1877-1956, landscape architect and president of the Century Association). Near fine. Cryptic, bold note to "C.D.L." -- "Sorry I cant make the Spring Festival. Yours regretfully," signed "B. Faulkner." Uncommon.
