Original Short and spirited typed signed letter on headed paper with a crest: Camfield Place, Hatfield, Hertfordshire. Dated 28th August 1986. Signed in fluorescent pink ink. Thanking a Mr Simister for his letter and a book to sign. Without missing a chance to promote other titles she adds:" I am also sending you a list of the books that I have written, so that you can see which ones you have not yet read." Also included a signed biography booklet: 150mm x 105mm.pp.12. Signed in black ink on the front cover which features an illustration of a glamorous Barbara Cartland an evening dress with a small white dog on her lap and surrounded by books. Certificate of authenticity included. Very good indeed.
