The book has great genealogy & history, with historic photos interspersed. It is genuinely signed by the author on the blank page facing the Title page. There is a prior owner's signature atop the first blank flyleaf. Laid in front is a printed page of 17 corrections. With bumped corners, the book is VERY GOOD.
