Dark green boards with gold lettering on front and spine. Very nice condition! Corners just a bit worn. Top edge of boards have a U shaped dent, doesn't affect the pages. Signed by the author on ffep. Although title is "Beautiful Homes", most of the information is about landscaping to make your home "beautiful". Great ideas to be used even today. Many black & white photos of examples. 88 pg.
