Bufflehead duck on front cover in black and white morocco overlay. Illustrated endpapers. Top edge gilt, uncut foredge. Light wear to spines, some rubbing to tips, a few scratches on Volume II. Front hinge of Volume I starting, but stable. Internally clean, solid text block. Plates are all in fine condition, many with textualized tissue covers. A total of 1250 editions of this work were produced, including 85 copies of the "Patrons" De Luxe Edition and 22 examples of the Victoria and Vancouver Edition. This is copy number 10 of the Vancouver Edition. This copy was signed on the limitation page by William Dawson.
