Spiral-bound book, 11" x 9"; pp. B-H (possibly lacking 'A' - ostensibly the title page but the title-page information is on the verso of the front wrap); [1], 109, text on rectos only; one full-page portrait of Hummer, text illustrations by Joseph K. Schmidt; original printed orange printed wrappers; light wear to corners, upper cover starting to fray a bit at top of spine, very good. Signed by Martin Gardner at the end of his Introduction. With 115 tricks, plus a reprint of Clarke Crandall's profile of Hummer, and a facsimile of a letter from Hummer to Gardner. Hummer worked largely as a "professional amateur" in the Chicago area.
